1. Booking & Confirmation
All reservations must be confirmed in advance. Clients will receive a confirmation with trip details once the booking is completed.
2. Punctuality
We prioritize on-time service. Our drivers arrive early to ensure a smooth and timely pickup for every ride.
3. Payment Policy
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated during reservation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees.
5. No-Show Policy
If a client does not appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, a full charge may apply.
6. Safety & Conduct
For the safety of all passengers and drivers:
No smoking or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicle
All passengers must follow local laws and driver instructions
7. Vehicle Care
Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required during or after the ride.
